Job summary

Divergent is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to govern inventory transactions, master data, and data integrity across manufacturing and warehouse operations. You will partner with Supply Chain, Production, Program Management, and IT to ensure accuracy, timely data, and audit readiness as the business scales.

In this role you will lead quarterly cycle counts, maintain procedures and KPIs, investigate discrepancies, and drive continuous improvements while ensuring compliance with ERP

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive experience in inventory control, inventory operations, or related manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of inventory flow, ERP transaction processing, and data integrity.
• Experience monitoring controls with reconciliations, KPIs, and variance analysis.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Govern inventory transactions to reflect physical activity and correct periods.
• Develop and maintain Inventory Transaction Governance documentation.
• Investigate discrepancies and drive corrective actions with operations.
• Validate operational data and monitor downstream reporting accuracy.
• Maintain inventory master data and ensure items are defined correctly.
• Lead quarterly cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
• Develop procedures, KPIs, and scorecards for inventory control.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Production, Program Management, and IT to maintain data quality.
