Medartis, a global medical device company, is seeking a Medical Education Inventory Associate to support Marketing, Medical Education and Training events. Under minimal supervision, you will fulfill material requests and manage inventory for tradeshows, surgeon presentations, and training sessions.

Responsibilities include assembling surgical and lab sets, maintaining inventory spreadsheets, packing lists and shipping labels, and ensuring timely delivery while complying with safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience working in a customer service warehouse environment.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Warehouse environment requires standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and safety adherence.
• Regular office and cadaver lab/ manufacturing floor visits with safety procedures.

Responsabilités

• Receive and action material requests via email, telephone, and MySalesTrunk submissions.
• Fulfill inventory requests of display surgical sets, lab sets, display materials, bone models and tradeshow materials.
• Assemble surgical sets and lab sets per request, verify contents, and pack for shipment.
• Maintain inventory tracking spreadsheets for surgical sets, lab sets, bone models and sawbones.
• Prepare packing lists and shipping labels, schedule pickup, and ship items on time for events.
• Track inventory shipments and returns, logging items shipped and return dates.
• Communicate with requestors within 24 hours regarding availability and alternatives if needed.
• Coordinate with Events to ensure materials for tradeshows, courses, and training programs.
• Follow safety procedures and proper handling of materials.
