Job summary

Medartis is seeking a Medical Education Inventory Associate to support Marketing, Medical Education and Training events from a warehouse setting. You will fulfill material requests, assemble surgical and lab sets, and maintain inventory accuracy to ensure on-time shipments for tradeshows and training sessions.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 1 year of warehouse customer service experience, strong English skills, and excellent organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service warehouse environment.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English well enough to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Receive and fulfill material requests via email, telephone, and MySalesTrunk submissions.
• Assemble surgical sets and lab sets per request and prepare them for shipment.
• Maintain inventory tracking spreadsheets and ensure accurate record-keeping.
