Job summary

Medartis is seeking a Medical Education Inventory Associate to support marketing, medical education and training events. Under minimal supervision, you will fulfill material requests, assemble and ship display sets, bone models, and tradeshow materials.

You will maintain inventory tracking, coordinate with events, ensure timely delivery, and follow safety procedures in a warehouse environment while reading instructions in English and communicating clearly with internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a customer service warehouse environment.
• Must read, write, and understand English sufficiently to follow instructions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional time management and ability to multi-task under deadlines.
• Self-starter with problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Warehouse environment with safety procedures and cadaver lab access notes may apply.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive and action material requests via email, telephone, and MySalesTrunk submissions.
• Monitor requests and fulfill inventory for display surgical sets, lab sets, bone models and tradeshow materials.
• Accurately assemble surgical and lab sets; verify contents and pack for shipment.
• Maintain inventory tracking spreadsheets for sets and models.
• Prepare packing lists and shipping labels; schedule pick up and ship items.
• Track shipments and returns; log items shipped and returned.
• Communicate with requestors within 24 hours about availability and alternatives.
• Coordinate with Events to ensure materials are available for tradeshows and training.
• Ensure items meet configuration requirements and are of usable quality.
• Follow SOPs, safety protocols, and proper handling of bio-hazardous materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area; perform other tasks as needed.
