Pro Staff in Salem, NH is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Ideal candidates will have experience in inventory management, cycle counting, forklift operation, and ERP systems, with strong math and detail orientation to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient logistics.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse shipping/receiving and inventory control.
• Strong inventory control and cycle count experience.
• Good math and problem-solving with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Experience using ERP systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability to operate a stand-up forklift.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and verify against packing slips and PO.
• Pick, stage, and distribute materials for production and orders.
• Package outbound shipments, vendor returns, and transfers.
• Stock and replenish inventory in designated locations.
• Perform inventory transactions, transfers, and adjustments in ERP.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory.
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies or damaged materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
• Support shipping, receiving, and other warehouse functions as needed.

Warehouse Coordinator

Location: Salem, NH

Pay: $20-$22/hour | Day Shift

We are hiring a Warehouse Coordinator to support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in inventory management, cycle counting, warehouse operations, and forklift operation.

Job Duties

• Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders


• Pick, stage, and distribute materials for production and customer orders


• Package and prepare outbound shipments, vendor returns, and transfers


• Stock and replenish inventory in designated warehouse locations


• Perform inventory transactions, transfers, adjustments, and material movements within the ERP system


• Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory processes


• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies or damaged materials


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment


• Support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and other warehouse functions as needed

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or material handling experience required


• Strong inventory control and cycle count experience


• Good math and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail


• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively


• Experience using ERP systems and basic computer skills preferred


• Ability to safely operate a stand-up forklift required


• Forklift certification is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move materials throughout the shift


• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and operating material handling equipment


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
