Job summary

Commonwealth Fusion Systems is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Coordinator for First Shift in Devens, MA to support warehouse and materials management, including shipping, receiving and inventory control.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in inventory control or shipping/receiving, 2+ years ERP experience, and strong organizational and communication skills. Hours are 10:00 am–6:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with a pay range of $30–$40 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years combined experience in Inventory Control or Shipping and Receiving.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in ERP functionality.
• Exceptional understanding of inventory and warehouse operations.
• Proficient with MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Problem-solving skills with a bias for speed.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain materials, equipment, and supplies for logistics functions.
• Monitor and control inventory integrity and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain loading dock, warehouse safety protocols.
• Receive and verify purchase orders and stock items.
• Perform physical inventories, cycle counts, and audits.
• Respond to internal customer inquiries timely and professionally.
• Identify non-conforming or damaged parts and quarantine per QA/QC guidance.
• Assist in maintaining Material Safety Data Sheets for incoming materials.
• Ensure compliance with hazmat storage and shipping plans.
• Identify and report on KPI metrics.
