The candidate will support warehousing workflows, maintain inventory accuracy, and collaborate with the team to ensure safe, efficient processes.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of reach truck experience (required).
• Forklift operation and ability to obtain certification.
• Experience with inventory control systems, ERP software, and RF scanners.
• Ability to work in cold storage environments (24°F to -10°F).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and reach trucks safely and efficiently.
• Receive, unload, store, and move inventory.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Utilize ERP systems and RF scanners for inventory transactions.
• Follow FIFO inventory practices and maintain warehouse organization.
