Job summary

Hermès of Paris Inc. in Dayton, NJ seeks a Distribution Systems & Inventory Coordinator to partner with the warehouse to balance inventory, synchronize WMS, and track merchandise loans.

You will handle transfers, reporting on discrepancies, stock repairs, and vendor claims while supporting inventory processes and bi-annual inventories. 1–2 years' related experience and a Bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 Years Minimum of Related Experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Basic Excel knowledge.
• Lifting requirements – ability to lift up to 50 lbs. following properly safety procedures.
• Clear and courteous communication.
• Accountability, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently to develop a method to achieving goals with little supervision; able to work under pressure.
• Overtime possible during designated periods.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the warehouse to investigate inventory discrepancies between physical counts and the system.
• Process transfers to balance inventory and synchronize Warehouse Management Systems.
• Record and track merchandise on loan and report outstanding loans.
• Track stock repairs and report vendor receiving discrepancies; file claims and system movements.
• Maintain cycle counts and reconcile counts, system errors, and discrepancies.
• Prepare for bi-annual inventories in coordination with Loss Prevention, Sales, and DC Management.
• Resolve discrepancies between local boutiques, LDC, and CDC; investigate open shipments.
