Job summary

Hermès seeks a Coordinator, Distribution Service to deliver exceptional client service and maintain compliance with company procedures. You will manage order statuses from inception to delivery, communicate with clients via Outlook, TEAMS, calls, and keep internal teams informed at the Dayton NJ distribution center.

Responsibilities include processing orders, suggesting substitutions, reviewing back-orders, and generating reports.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or internship.
• High School Diploma; BS/BA preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming order requests from internal and external clients.
• Suggest substitutions or add-ons when items are unavailable.
• Provide ETA updates to clients and coordinate with Dayton distribution center.
• Review back-order reports and communicate delays to clients and internal teams.
• Assist with vendor routing guidelines and document chargebacks as needed.
• Prepare reports: On-Hand, Open Pick Tickets, Back Order, and Open BP Receipts.
• Backup the manager and assist with inquiries from boutiques and internal teams.
