Job summary

Hermès is seeking a Distribution Systems & Inventory Coordinator in New Jersey to partner with the warehouse to balance inventory, reconcile physical and system records, and track loans and transfers. You will support stock repairs, vendor discrepancies, and system movements while ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, inventory reconciliation with Loss Prevention, and maintaining warehouse system accuracy with WMS (Manhattan), Magento, Cegid, Jira

Qualifications

• 1–2 years minimum related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Basic Excel knowledge.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs with proper safety procedures.
• Clear and courteous communication.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• English and Spanish bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cycle counts; coordinate with warehouse and staff.
• Reconcile discrepancies between physical and system inventories.
• Investigate and resolve shipping/receiving issues.
• Assist setup of zones and organize inventory in automation areas.
• Provide backup for inventory processes during peaks.
