Job summary

Hermès of Paris, Inc. in New Jersey is seeking a Distribution Service Coordinator to provide exceptional client service across internal and external stakeholders, from order inception to delivery.

You will coordinate order statuses, communicate updates, and ensure alignment with boutique needs, while maintaining strict adherence to company procedures and vendor guidelines. This role requires accuracy and responsiveness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a distribution/customer service role.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Able to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide order statuses from inception to delivery.
• Offer item substitutions when original requests are unavailable.
• Process stock orders and confirm delivery ETA with vendors.
• Review back-order reports and communicate delays to clients.
• Monitor start ship and cancel dates and coordinate with Dayton DC.
• Resolve item number and pricing discrepancies in confirmations (EDI).
• Issue Return Authorizations (RA's) as needed.
