Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–6 years in high-mix, low-volume or contract manufacturing environments.
• 3–6 years in a customer-facing role with emphasis on order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• 3–6 years with ERP systems, proficient in data entry, reporting, and analysis; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence across departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage order entry, production scheduling, inventory allocation, and raw material procurement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align production schedules with capacity and meet commitments.
• Lead or support tolling customer direction-setting meetings as primary or backup representative.
• Maintain ERP data accuracy and generate reports; track KPI.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and coordinate inbound/outbound deliveries.
