Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–6 years in high-mix, low-volume or contract manufacturing.
• 3–6 years in a customer-facing role with emphasis on order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• 3–6 years of ERP experience with data entry, reporting, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage order entry, production scheduling, inventory allocation, and raw material procurement.
• Produce and analyze reports to support planning and KPI tracking.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align production with capacity and customer commitments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and reconciliation with warehouse teams.
• Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives and tolling customer coordination.
