Job summary

Biomerics is seeking a Production Planner II to manage production schedules for designated product lines, balancing customer demand with efficiency. This role requires independent decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive problem solving.

You will develop schedules, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements to ensure on-time delivery. Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2–5 years of planning experience, with strong communication and ERP/MRP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in production planning or supply chain management.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize detailed production schedules to meet demand forecasts.
• Analyze capacity constraints and adjust schedules to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to minimize material shortages and delays.
• Identify risks in the production plan and propose solutions.
• Participate in daily tier meetings with production to ensure production delays are minimized.
• Monitor KPIs such as schedule adherence, inventory levels, and on-time delivery. Develop solutions to ensure KPIs are met.
• Participate in process improvement projects related to planning and scheduling.
• Coordinate with senior planners with NPI work to ensure OEM production is minimally impacted.
• Provide mentorship and training to Planner I team members.
