Professions Inc in Northern Kentucky seeks a Production Planner / Supply Chain Analyst to own the schedule, purchase materials, and publish performance metrics. You will coordinate with operations, quality, and product development to align production with demand.

The role combines planning, purchasing, and analytics to help a growing plant catch its systems up to sales, with room to advance within the supply chain. On-site in Northern Kentucky.

Qualifications

• Built or owned a production schedule aligning materials, capacity and demand.
• Issued purchase orders or managed raw materials and understood late impacts.
• Comfortable in ERP/MRP systems (Sage X3, Oracle, SAP, Infor, Plex).
• Strong organizational skills to keep many details in people’s heads.
• Experience in manufacturing; process/CPG/chemical preferred.

Responsibilities

• Production planning and scheduling for powders and liquids, including capacity and constraints.
• Raw material purchasing: POs, cost, dates, inbound logistics.
• Monitor inventory and MRP positions; keep plant fed without tying up cash.
• Track operational statistics: productivity, yield, schedule performance.
• Daily collaboration with operations, quality, and product development.
