Job summary

Five Below is seeking an Inventory Analyst to forecast demand and optimize stock levels across 500–1,000 SKUs, supporting up to $200M in annual sales. You will build Power BI dashboards with the Data Science team and partner with Buying, Planning, Visual Merchandising, and Supply Chain to drive inventory health.

Strong Excel skills and cross-functional communication are essential; Power BI or Tableau experience is a plus as we push data-driven decisions to improve turns and in-store presentation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of inventory management experience.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel; Power BI/Tableau a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Forecast demand for 500–1,000 SKUs across stores and up to $200M annually.
• Set stock levels and replenish plans to optimize inventory turns.
• Develop Power BI dashboards with the Data Science team.
• Collaborate with Buying, Planning, Visual Merchandising and Supply Chain.
• Communicate inventory positions and drive sales and store presentation.
