Job summary

Five Below is seeking an Inventory Analyst to drive demand forecasting and inventory optimization across 500–1,000 SKUs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and use data to guide replenishment decisions and assortment planning.

You will develop Power BI dashboards, review performance, and recommend actions to maximize turns and sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in inventory management or demand planning.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to learn systems quickly.
• Ability to analyze data and turn insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory with 500–1,000 SKUs and drive up to $200M annually.
• Forecast demand using historical data and cross-functional insights.
• Review inventory reporting and recommend improvements for optimization.
• Set stock levels to minimize overstock and understock across product categories.
• Develop replenishment plans considering lead times and reorder points.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with Buying, Planning, Visual Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams.
