Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a retail or wholesale environment, including 2-3 as a planner.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong retail math and business acumen, including margin planning, sales forecasting, and inventory productivity measures.

Responsibilities

• Develop seasonal sales, inventory, and margin plans by department and store group.
• Determine style-color targets and assortments to support product selection in market.
• Forecast sales and buy quantities to optimize inventory levels.
• Manage open-to-buy (OTB) budgets of $50-150M to align investments with sales plans.
• Oversee inventory levels and receipts to minimize stockouts and overstocks.
• Analyze sales and inventory performance and provide recommendations to optimize profitability.
• Collaborate with Buyers and partners to adjust pricing, promotions, and markdowns as needed.
