Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Senior Inventory Allocation & Planning Analyst to lead a team of analysts and drive allocation strategies across seasonal cycles. You will partner with Buying, Planning, Visual Merchandising and Supply Chain to ensure the right products are in the right stores at the right times.

You will oversee inventory analysis, monitor sell-through, and work with Data Science to build Power BI dashboards that inform action plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in inventory management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to learn systems quickly.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Seasonal Allocation and Planning: guide team of analysts to develop allocation strategies across multiple factors.
• Inventory Analysis: evaluate store sales performance, monitor sell-through, mitigate risks such as overstocking or stockouts.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: oversee Power BI dashboards with Data Science to drive action plans.
• Communication, Collaboration, and Team Development: coordinate with Buying, Planning, Visual Merchandising, and Supply Chain; train and develop analysts.
