Job summary

Five Below is seeking an Inventory Manager to lead a team of analysts in developing allocation strategies driven by sales data and geographic factors. You will partner with Buying, Planning, and Visual Merchandising to execute seasonal set plans and ensure timely product allocations.

The role requires 4–7 years in inventory management, advanced Excel, and a track record of driving actionable insights through data. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to coach a growing team are essential.

Qualifications

4–7 years of experience in inventory management.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
Ability to delegate to a team and provide coaching and feedback.
Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or Tableau experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Guide analysts to develop allocation strategies based on sales data, geography, store size, and customer preferences.
Lead the team with buying, planning, and visual merchandizing to plan seasonal sets and refresh allocations.
Support seasonal strategies by ensuring correct product allocations at the right time.
Monitor and adjust allocation strategies throughout seasons based on conditions.
Oversee inventory performance reporting and collaborate with Data Science on dashboards.
