Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking an Inventory Coordinator in Phoenix to ensure accurate inventory movement and strong compliance across production and warehouse teams. You will work closely with the Inventory Manager to maintain data integrity and support efficient operations.

You’ll perform counts, audits, and data entry, while helping resolve discrepancies and improve tracking. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to handle physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in data management, inventory auditing, and working with inventory systems or Excel.
• You are highly organized, analytical, and collaborative, with the ability to solve complex problems and manage competing priorities.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment.
• Basic math skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn warehouse systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inventory inspections, counts, and monthly audits across production areas.
• Reconcile physical and system inventory levels and verify finished goods from manufacturing.
• Assist with lost SKU investigations and report discrepancies with proper documentation.
• Support order fulfillment by picking, pulling, and sticking finished goods as needed.
• Enter and maintain data to ensure compliance with internal policies and state regulations.
• Prepare weekly compliance reports and support audits and updates.
