Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join our Buckeye Lake, OH team. You will support inventory movement, ensure data accuracy, and uphold regulatory compliance across production and warehouse operations.

The role emphasizes detailed audits, data entry, and collaboration with the Inventory Manager to drive consistent processes and continuous improvement in our fast-growing cannabis operation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in data management, inventory auditing, and working with inventory systems or Excel, ideally within distribution, fulfillment, or production/warehouse environments
• You are highly organized, analytical, and collaborative, with the ability to solve complex problems and manage competing priorities
• You can safely lift up to 50 lbs. and enjoy working in a physically active environment
• You have basic math skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• You are reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn warehouse systems and processes

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inventory inspections, counts, and monthly audits across all production areas
• Reconcile physical and system inventory levels and verify finished goods received from manufacturing
• Assist with lost SKU investigations and promptly report discrepancies with proper documentation
• Support order fulfillment by picking, pulling, and labeling finished goods as needed
• Accurately entering and maintaining data to ensure compliance with internal policies and state regulations
• Prepare weekly compliance reports and support departments with audit needs and compliance-related updates
• Provide training on data collection, auditing procedures, and inventory best practices to maintain data integrity
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory tracking, reporting accuracy, and overall operational efficiency
• Uphold company policies and regulatory standards while participating in continuous process improvement initiatives
