Job summary

ID Logistics is seeking a cycle counter to work with the site Operations Manager to maintain accurate inventory levels, verify orders, and ensure proper records are updated. You will conduct daily cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and support returns while upholding food safety and GMP standards.

You will also participate in physical inventories, ensure proper documentation, and follow all safety rules in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of inventory management procedures and warehousing terminology.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Accuracy and thoroughness with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts daily as assigned.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and determine root cause.
• Pull slow moving or obsolete inventory for disposal or salvage.
• Process returned shipments and assess quality of inventory.
• Ensure proper documentation is signed off and filed.
• Support physical inventories and samplings.
• Locate products in the system and correct discrepancies.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards and follow GMPs.
