Job summary

Landscape Structures Inc. is seeking a Cycle Counter to maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle Counts and by verifying physical stock against system records.

The role investigates discrepancies, identifies root causes, and supports corrective actions to improve inventory control and timely order fulfillment. Responsibilities include daily to monthly counts, data entry in ERP, and collaboration with warehouse staff to ensure precise inventory levels.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification (training provided).
• Basic math skills for counting and reconciling inventory.
• Basic computer skills for entering counts and adjustments in an inventory system.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and data entry.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in a supply-chain, inventory, or warehouse role.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts of inventory as scheduled.
• Verify inventory counts by comparing physical counts with records and investigating discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of cycle counts, adjustments, and findings; update ERP systems with data.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Assist in restocking, order picking, and inventory audits.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff, supervisors, and other departments for smooth operations.
• Use barcode scanners and handheld devices to count and record counts.
