Job summary

hand2mind is seeking an Inventory Cycle Counter to join our Inventory team. The role centers on conducting cycle counts, maintaining accuracy, and keeping detailed stock records to support efficient warehouse operations.

You will contribute to reducing discrepancies, collaborate with warehouse staff, and ensure documentation meets audit standards. Strong English communication and teamwork are essential; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory cycle counting and desktop apps (MS Dynamics 365 F&O, MS Office) required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to follow instructions and work in a team or independently.
• Excellent English communication skills; bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled cycle counts and ensure accuracy of 98%.
• Maintain 98% inventory accuracy across assigned areas.
• Identify and report discrepancies within 24 hours.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage, labeling, tracking.
• Maintain accurate inventory logs and timely count reports.
• Adhere to safety procedures and audit/compliance standards.
