Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking an Inventory Clerk to maintain inventory accuracy and support shipping/receiving needs across multiple sites. You will run cycle counts, audits, and reports while ensuring records align with physical stock.

This role supports recalls, holds/releases, and QA processes as part of a broader continuous improvement approach. Candidates with a high school diploma, 2+ years in warehousing, ISO familiarity, and basic MS Office skills will fit well.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Site-specific experience may be required (e.g., food grade).
• Familiar with ISO requirements preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain perpetual inventory and generate reports.
• Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Verify clerical records against physical counts and report discrepancies.
• Coordinate product recalls, holds/releases, and infestation audits.
• Support quality management activities and update site SOPs.
• Maintain the site quality management portal as needed.
