Job summary

Doka USA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle all aspects of servicing accounts, including order processing, invoicing, inventory management, returns, and logistics for the Operations Department.

Responsibilities include overseeing regional inventory, managing orders from entry to delivery, resolving issues promptly, coordinating with logistics, and supporting month-end close under the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, operations or logistics is preferred.
• Strong numeric aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional inventory and logistics, ensuring accurate levels.
• Manage customer accounts and the full order process with clear communication.
• Handle high volumes of calls, resolve issues promptly, and communicate changes.
• Process pricing, billing, and credit requests per contracts or PO terms.
• Monitor discrepancies in the order system and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate back orders and procurement with logistics for timely transfers.
• Review order confirmations and quote pricing for customers and sales.
• Support additional logistics and operations tasks as needed.
