Formación

• Bachelor’s degree typical in accounting, finance, or business.
• Experience with inventory accounting and ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Excel and data management is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Process daily inventory transactions in the ERP system.
• Monitor inventory movements and track orders.
• Conduct stock count analysis and reporting.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and journal entries.
• Collaborate with operations to improve inventory controls.
• Generate inventory reports and identify trends for optimization.
• Conduct data audits to ensure control effectiveness.
• Perform weekly inventory account reconciliations.
• Support risk reporting for inventory processes.
• Participate in cycle counting and annual physical inventories.
