Job summary

PROENERGY is seeking an Inventory Analyst to support the Operations Accounting team in Sedalia, MO, with focus on accurate tracking of purchases, consumption and allocation to projects.

You will analyze inventory transactions, perform spot checks, generate reports, and help maintain inventory controls. Strong Excel and ERP experience are essential, along with clear communication in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years accounting/finance experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Accurate data entry with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; US work authorization required.
• Willing to undergo drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Process daily inventory transactions in GP system.
• Monitor aged inventory movements and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure data integrity.
• Prepare inventory reports and management analyses.
• Assist with month-end closing and audits.
