Job summary

Flowco Productions LLC is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to maintain inventory integrity at our sales facility. You will manage on-site inventory, oversee cycle counts, receipts, adjustments, audits, and reconciliation, and coordinate with shipping and manufacturing to support sales and maintain min/max levels.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in inventory systems, proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and forklift certification.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years’ experience working with inventory systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and Outlook.
• Able to lift 50lbs and capable of forklift certification and daily forklift operation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control inventory integrity.
• Process weekly cycle counts and update cycle count log.
• Coordinate with shipping to verify incoming shipments are accurate.
• Enter orders from manufacturing to support sales team and maintain min/max levels.
• Prepare outbound shipments for redistribution.
• Reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and records and investigate root causes.
• Generate and analyze inventory reports, usage, and turnover rates.
• Oversee adjustments and ensure they are recorded in the general ledger.
• Manage inventory audits yearly at all facilities and report findings to Supply Chain Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTIONTo maintain a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity within the sales facility.
