Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Clerk to support cycle counting and inventory accuracy at our Wisconsin facility. The role emphasizes attention to detail, data entry, and collaboration with materials teams.

You will maintain records, follow counting schedules, and help implement inventory procedures while complying with safety and forklift requirements. This is a hands-on position with physical duties and a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in inventory control or warehouse operations preferred.
  • Experience with inventory management systems and data entry.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts of inventory items.
  • Follows established cycle counting schedules and procedures.

Educational Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience Requirements
  • Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with inventory management systems and data entry.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • Some physical demand; often lifts light to heavy-weight material. Frequent lifting/moving average weight (up to 50 lbs/11-27 kgs) material.
  • Ability to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
  • Ability to stand and / or walk constantly over a full work shift on concrete (8-12 hours).
  • May be exposed to noise levels for which hearing protection is required to be worn over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
