Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience supervising 20+ employees.
• Ability to plan inbound/outbound schedules and staffing.
• Familiarity with inventory accuracy and cycle counts.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities for inventory, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials.
• Maintain inventory records and audits, cycle counts, and catch weights.
• Plan inbound and outbound schedules to meet customer metrics.
• Determine staffing needs based on workload and schedule staff accordingly.
• Assigns workers to duties based on workload and shipping schedules.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain harmony among workers.
