Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist in Saint Peters, MO to ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, and orderly adjustment of records in SAP and Catalyst.

You will train and mentor warehouse staff, monitor error queues, and collaborate with A/P, operations, and QA to maintain data integrity while supporting a safe, efficient distribution center operation.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP and Catalyst or equivalent ERP/WMS systems is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lead changes and adapt to a changing environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and conduct cycle counts and workload.
• Train and mentor staff on inventory processes and procedures.
• Review discrepancy reports and reconcile in SAP/Catalyst.
• Manage error queues and investigate OSIs and RGAs.
• Communicate across warehouse, A/P, and inventory teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Operate MHE as needed.
