Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to ensure accuracy of inventory in the Saint Peters distribution center. You will plan cycle counts, mentor staff, and reconcile discrepancies across financial systems such as Catalyst and SAP.

The role requires 2+ years of warehouse inventory experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills to maintain inventory integrity and support shipping operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years inventory experience in a warehouse.
• Experience with SAP & Catalyst or equivalent systems.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and conduct cycle counts/ workload.
• Train and mentor facility team on inventory processes and procedures.
• Review Movement Exception Report and Goods Over Receipt Report daily and reconcile discrepancies.
• Perform adjustments in Catalyst and/or SAP to correct financial errors.
• Manage all error queues and OSIs; investigate service failures and customer complaints.
• Communicate with warehouse operations, A/P, product divisions and internal audits to resolve discrepancies.
• Operate Material Handling Equipment as necessary.
