Job summary

Medline Industries, LP, a leading healthcare distribution company, seeks an Inventory Control Specialist to ensure accurate recording of all adjustments and reconcile issues in a Medline distribution center.

You will plan cycle counts, mentor staff, review exception reports, and perform SAP/Catalyst adjustments, ensuring inventory integrity and compliant processes across warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years inventory experience in a warehouse/distribution center or similar facility.
• Experience with SAP & Catalyst or equivalent enterprise systems; proficient with Microsoft Office; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct cycle counts and workload scheduling.
• Train and mentor facility team members on inventory processes and procedures.
• Review and reconcile discrepancies from Material Movement Exception Report and Goods Over Receipt Report; perform adjustments in SAP/Catalyst.
• Manage error queues (ZPOGI, Z272, Workflow, ZINV) and resolve issues.
• Research tickets and ensure accuracy of inventory transactions; monitor OSIs and RGAs; adjust in SAP/Catalyst.
