Job summary

Medline Industries, LP, seeks an Inventory Specialist to ensure accurate counts and reconcile variances in a Medline distribution center in Romulus, MI. You will plan cycle counts, mentor team members, and adjust records in SAP and Catalyst.

Responsibilities include reviewing exception and over-receipt reports, managing error queues, investigating OSIs, and communicating with warehouse operations, AP, and QA to resolve discrepancies. MHE operation as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years inventory/warehouse experience.
• Experience with SAP and Catalyst or similar WMS required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and conduct cycle counts and workloads.
• Review exception reports and receipts; reconcile discrepancies.
• Perform adjustments in SAP/Catalyst to correct financial errors.
• Manage all error queues and investigate OSIs and tickets.
• Communicate with warehouse operations, AP, inventory, and QA to resolve discrepancies.
