Job summary

Medline Industries, LP seeks an Inventory Control Specialist to ensure inventory accuracy in a Medline distribution center by researching and reconciling adjustments and error queues. You will handle cycle counts, OSIs, and discrepancies, using SAP and Catalyst to correct financial errors.

The role requires 1–2 years of warehouse inventory experience, an associate degree preferred, and strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree preferred.
• 2+ years inventory experience in a warehouse/distribution center or similar facility.
• 1-2 years lead experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with SAP and Catalyst, or equivalent enterprise and warehouse management systems.
• Must be team player with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to move up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and conduct cycle counts and workload.
• Train and mentor facility team on inventory processes.
• Review discrepancy reports and adjust in SAP/Catalyst to correct errors.
• Manage all error queues (ZPOGI, Z272, Workflow, ZINV).
• Research tickets and ensure accuracy of inventory transactions.
• Investigate OSIs and create RGAs with adjustments in SAP/Catalyst.
