Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking an Inventory Coordinator (Administrative) to ensure accuracy in distribution center inventory through cycle counts and problem resolution. You will research discrepancies and perform financial adjustments in SAP and Catalyst, while guiding the team on proper procedures.

The role requires 2+ years in warehouse inventory, experience with SAP/Catalyst, and strong analytical skills. Salary is hourly and the company offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ yrs inventory experience in a warehouse/distribution center or similar facility.
• Experience with SAP & Catalyst, or equivalent warehouse management systems; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and conduct cycle counts and workload management.
• Train and mentor facility team on inventory processes and procedures.
• Review reports and reconcile discrepancies; perform adjustments in Catalyst and SAP.
• Manage all error queues (ZPOGI, Z272, Workflow, ZINV).
• Investigate service failures/OSI tickets; create RGAs and adjust in Catalyst/SAP.
• Communicate with warehouse ops, A/P, product divisions, inventory management, item master data, customer service, and internal audit.
• Operate MHE as necessary.
