Qualifications

• Excellent IT skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to work in warehouse environments across NY and NJ.
• Familiarity with Christie’s systems such as Tableau and JDE.

Responsibilities

• Review and obtain information on aged inventory across NY and NJ warehouses.
• Identify aged inventory ready for client outreach with Post Sale.
• Produce regular reporting and assist in inventory reconciliations.
• Support the Inventory Analyst and serve as contact for miscellaneous issues.
• Assist with inventory movements and ensure system updates are reflected.
• Collaborate with Logistics and Post Sale to resolve issues.
• Handle ad hoc inventory requests and data cleansing with the team.
• Coordinate transfer of inventory to clients or third parties and report progress.
• Other projects assigned by Head of Logistics or Inventory Analyst.
