Job summary

East Coast Warehouse & Distr Corp is seeking an Inventory Associate to maintain accurate inventory records and support warehouse operations in Jersey City. The role involves counts, inbound/outbound tracking, and ensuring correct labeling and storage.

Qualifications

• Maintain accurate inventory records and support warehouse operations.
• Perform daily and cycle counts to validate stock accuracy.
• Receive, log, and track inbound/outbound inventory movements.
• Use inventory systems (WMS/ERP) to update records.
• Investigate discrepancies and assist with root-cause resolution.
• Label and identify inventory; ensure correct locations.
• Assist with warehouse organization and location accuracy.
• Support shipping/receiving with documentation and stock allocation.
• Update reports, spreadsheets, and logs on inventory status.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and safety guidelines.
• Communicate inventory concerns to supervisors.
