Job summary

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) in Bolivar, Missouri is hiring an Inventory Coordinator for the Home Medical Equipment Department. You will lead supply organization, manage inventory flow, and support patient care across eight counties.

This full-time daytime role runs Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with responsibilities including monitoring product expirations, generating utilization reports, and overseeing satellite operations to ensure efficient service.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Inventory control or experience with inventory level management.
• Skills: Computer, Customer Service.
• Licensure/Certification: Family and Friends CPR within 6 months of employment.
• Physical: The ability to stand for 90% of the day and sit for the remaining 10%.

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring an Inventory Coordinator to join our Home Medical Equipment Department in Bolivar, Missouri- someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positivelyimpactevery patient and family we serve.

Hours:Mon -Fri,8:30a.m-5:00p.m

What Your Day Looks Like:Home Medical Equipment proudly serves 8 counties in southwest Missouri. Our services includerespiratory( oxygen, c-papequipand all supplies needed), mobility servicesincluding( walkers, rollators, wheelchairs, powerwheelchairsand scooters), bath aids, crutches, compression hosiery, and lift chairs. HME also has a mastectomy dept. We work directly with patients and their providers to properly bill for equipment. We also provide delivery and setup ofequipment as well as education of equipment. While we have many dept’s within HME, we all work together to strive to exceed the expectation of each patient.

As an Inventory Coordinator you will be:
