Job summary

Citizens Memorial Hospital in Bolivar, Missouri is seeking a Dietary Aide to support our Nutritional Services team. You will assist with meal service, maintain sanitation, and provide friendly customer service to patients, staff, and visitors.

This full-time, rotating shift role offers opportunities to grow within a fast-paced kitchen while adhering to HACCP principles and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Preferred High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: At least six months of food service preparation
• Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of standing and walking

Responsibilities

• Serving our guests, cleaning and providing great customer service
• Complying with HACCP principles in all areas of storage, production, sanitation, and service to customers
• Assisting in other areas of the kitchen as directed by Supervisors
• Performing a variety of duties to ensure that patients, visitors, staff, and catered meals are served under pleasant and sanitary conditions.
