Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring a Front Office Clerk to join our Oncology Clinic in Bolivar, Missouri- someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positivelyimpactevery patient and family we serve.

Hours:8:00a.m- 4:30p.m

What Your Day Looks Like:The Carrie J. Babb Cancer Center is a partnership between Citizens Memorial Hospital and Central Care Cancer Center in Kansas. The facility provides medical oncology/hematology, as well as radiation services.

Services include:

Chemotherapy

Hematology

Rehabilitation services

Prosthetic fittings

Dietary services

As a Clerk, you will be:

Working closely with the physicians, physician assistants, nurses, and registered medical assistants

Answering the telephone and routing toappropriate people

Scheduling office visits, clinic procedures, updating consents, patient insurance, and demographics.

Collecting clinic co-pays, obtaining medical records, andassistingwith coordination of referrals.

Qualifications:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent

Experience: 1 year customer service in healthcare or clerical

Skills: Organization, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking

Licensure/Certification: N/A

Physical Requirements: Ability to work at a computer 90% of the day and stand for the remaining 10%
