Job summary

BMZ USA, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Specialist to keep production running by managing material flow, replenishing mini-markets, and executing accurate inventory and WIP transactions in QuickBooks.

The role ensures availability of components across warehouse, production, quality, and engineering areas, maintains 5S standards, and supports cycle counts and safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in inventory control.
• Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, logistics or material handling.
• Proficiency with computers and inventory systems; QuickBooks or D365 preferred.
• Must have forklift and pallet jack experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams to support inventory accuracy and order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock mini-markets and bins.
• Perform accurate WIP movements in QuickBooks.
• Move materials between warehouse, production, quality and engineering areas.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and support reconciliation.
• Adhere to 5S standards and safety protocols.
• Assist with receiving, shipping, put-away and pallet organization.
