Job summary

BMZ USA, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Specialist to maintain production flow by managing material movement, replenishing mini-markets, and recording inventory and WIP transactions in QuickBooks.

You will monitor stock levels, coordinate with production, perform cycle counts, and uphold 5S standards by keeping bins organized and labeled. Prior warehouse experience and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years in inventory control.
• High School diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or material handling.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office; experience with inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and WIP transactions in QuickBooks.
• Replenish mini-markets and ensure proper bin labeling and stock levels.
• Coordinate with assembly line workers and production supervisors.
• Conduct routine cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.
