Mountain Home Services is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to oversee inventory accuracy and support efficient logistics operations. You will coordinate material flow, perform cycle counts, and assist with procurement to meet department demands.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on accuracy and accountability. Electrical warehousing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, verify, and process incoming inventory and materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records with cycle counts and audits.
• Coordinate staging, fulfillment, and distribution of materials and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with procurement and replenishment.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for material availability.
• Maintain organized storage and optimize inventory control procedures.
• Support vehicle inventory management for field personnel.
• Ensure safety standards and inventory control best practices.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain regular attendance per company policy.
