Job summary

Standlee Premium Products LLC is seeking an Inventory Control & Systems Manager to drive inventory accuracy and system utilization across NetSuite, RF-SMART, and related platforms. You will partner with Production, Warehouse Operations, Purchasing, Logistics, Accounting, and Supply Chain to reduce variances and strengthen controls.

Responsibilities include leading cycle counts, automating processes, developing dashboards, and delivering actionable reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of inventory control, warehouse operations, supply chain, or ERP systems experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Experience implementing or managing ERP inventory systems.
• Strong ERP experience; NetSuite preferred.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory accuracy metrics, reporting, and governance across the organization.
• Design and manage cycle count programs for all inventory categories.
• Own NetSuite inventory functionality and related systems across sites.
• Develop dashboards, KPI scorecards, and reporting for inventory management.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, Warehouse, and Accounting to improve processes.
