Job summary

Supergoop! is seeking a detail-driven Senior Manager of Inventory Control to own the warehouse inventory picture and cycle count programs. You will monitor aging, at-risk stock, and disposition decisions, partnering with Sales, Finance, and Operations to protect financial exposure.

You will also drive inventory valuation, PPV analysis, and reporting, using NetSuite and AI-powered tools to automate tracking and surface risks before they impact the bottom line.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in inventory management or related field.
• Deep working knowledge of cycle counts, discrepancies, and reconciliation.
• Experience managing aged, excess, and at-risk inventory in a CPG environment.
• Ability to push back on purchasing decisions with data.
• NetSuite inventory management experience required.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools (Claude, Parabola) is a plus.
• Strong analytics and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own physical inventory accuracy across all warehouse locations and maintain NetSuite records.
• Identify aged and at-risk inventory and make disposition recommendations.
• Drive disposition decisions with Sales, Finance, and Operations.
• Provide inventory data to inform buying cadence and SKU risk assessment.
• Collaborate on inventory valuation, PPV analysis, and forward-looking positioning.
• Build regular inventory health and risk reporting for leadership.
• Partner with 3PL on inbound receiving accuracy and discrepancy resolution.
• Use NetSuite and AI tools to automate tracking and surface exposure.
• Own relationship with 3PL for counts and discrepancy resolution.
• Identify systemic issues and build preventive processes.
