Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in Production Control, Inventory Control, or related supply chain functions.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production reporting transactions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production transactions to ensure accurate material consumption and on-time recording.
• Investigate and resolve production reporting errors, inventory variances, and consumption discrepancies.
• Validate system transactions against physical production activities and inventory movements.
• Identify and address transactional gaps impacting inventory accuracy and planning.
• Collaborate with Engineering to correct BOM structure and material assignments when required.
• Support cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Provide analytical support to supervision regarding inventory and production trends.

Education

Associate degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred.
