Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain.
• 5+ years in SAP/ERP experience.
• Experience leading or coordinating people.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control SAP-driven processes, managing a team responsible for RCA of inventory discrepancies.
• Lead cycle counting routines and ensure accuracy across all inventory locations.
• Audit and reconcile inventory discrepancies and variances in a timely manner.
• Maintain inventory accuracy targets and alignment between physical and system inventory (SAP).
• Optimize warehouse capacity, inventory, and floor utilization.
